The Rotterdam School of Management of Erasmus University, in cooperation with BearingPoint Consulting, is conducting the first European study on network orchestration! The Smart Business Networks Initiative, a consortium of companies and universities led by the Erasmus University Rotterdam, is conducting a study on how organizations can successfully orchestrate their network of business partners. Based on this study we will formulate recommendations and best practices to help companies improve their competitive position.
The survey addresses several aspects of your own organization and your business partners
Insights acquired from this study will be shared with participants. Furthermore, the results will be presented at a seminar in autumn during which you can share knowledge with other managers, BearingPoint consultants and scientific experts.
